Apply for Assistance

Through our sponsorship program, we provide mobility impaired animals the support necessary to optimize their quality of life.

Support provided may include financial and/or resource support, veterinary services, rehabilitation therapy, assistive devices, and ongoing education. Our focus is on pets with paralysis and neurologic conditions impacting mobility. We are able to provide supplies and equipment to pets globally, but sponsored rehabilitation services are limited to pets in the Chicagoland region that can come to our Headquarters in Chicago.

  • In order to be considered for sponsorship the following must be received:

    1. The completed application form below.

    2. Your pet's recent medical records supporting the request for sponsorship.

      NOTE: A medical record is a record of a patient's health and medical history including a list of diagnosis or differential diagnosis by your veterinarian(s). You must request these documents from your veterinarian(s). Please do not send us invoices.

    3. Recent Video(s) of your pet gaiting (walking).

  • PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to assist with requests for:

    • immediate/urgent need

    • diagnostics

    • surgery

    • cancer treatments

    • common orthopedic conditions such as arthritis, spondylosis, ligament tear, luxating patella or dysplasia

    • limb loss/amputation

    • reimbursement for invoices already paid

We understand that caring for a pet with mobility issues can be overwhelming and we’re here to help.
